Cooking Instructions:
- Marinate with your favouite sauce and leave to sit covered overnight in fridge
- Cover a cooking container with foil & cook slowly in the oven fo 90 minutes on a low heat (150 degrees C)
- Finish off under a Hot Grill or an a BBQ for 15 minutes to crisp up. Turn frequently to avoid burning.
- Cut the rack and serve !
